Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Payment

• All bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation in order to secure your event date.

Cancellations

• 30 Days or More Prior to Event: Client may cancel and receive a full refund of the total booking fee.

• Less Than 30 Days Prior to Event: 50% refund will be given. This is because we reserve your date exclusively for you and decline other opportunities once booked.

       • Less Than 15 Days Prior to Event: All payments are non-refundable. This is because we reserve your date exclusively for you and decline other opportunities once booked.

• Havana House Bartending reserves the right to allocate a portion of the fee toward staffing costs to ensure our bartenders are compensated for their time.
