Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Payment

• All bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation in order to secure your event date.

Cancellations

• More Than 60 Days Prior to Event: Client may cancel and receive a full refund of all payments made.
• Within 60 Days of Event: Payments become non-refundable. This is because we reserve your date exclusively for you and decline other opportunities once booked.
• Havana House Bartending reserves the right to allocate a portion of the fee toward staffing costs to ensure our bartenders are compensated for their time.

Rescheduling

• If your plans change, you’re always welcome to reschedule and apply any funds paid toward a future event. We will gladly credit your payment toward a new date whenever possible.

Deposit Option

• In some cases, Havana House Bartending may provide a coupon code that allows a client to reserve a date with a deposit instead of full payment.
• When a deposit option is provided, the remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date.
• If the remaining balance is not received by the due date and we are unable to establish contact regarding payment arrangements, Havana House Bartending reserves the right to release the date and time and accept another booking.
